“COMIC BOOKS GO TO WAR” BEST REPORTAGE AT FIFA, MONTREAL
Our documentary “Comic Books go to War” directed by Mark Daniels won the Best Reportage Award at FIFA-International Festival of Films on Art, whose 29th edition ended in Montreal on March 27th.
Comic Books explores the work of the most famous graphic novelists and war reporters such as Joe Sacco (“Palestine”), Ted Rall (“To Afghanistan and back”), Joe Kubert (“Fax from Sarajevo”), Marjane Satrapi (“Persepolis”), Keji Nakazawa (“Barefoot Gen”), and it will be screened at the International Journalism Festival in Perugia (Italy) with the support of FX-Fox Channels Italy in cooperation with GA&A, together with two other war-related documentaries distributed by GA&A: the award-winning “Armadillo” and “Never Ending Soldier”.
